PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

Coach4You j.d.o.o. Kliška ulica 5, Zagreb, OIB 52302717831 (hereinafter: COACH4YOU) provides individual training, consulting, mentoring and franchising services in the Republic of Croatia. The user enters into a contract with COACH4YOU by which he acquires the right to use the selected service or gives express consent to the processing of personal data by COACH4YOU in case of one-time use of the service. Thus, the company COACH4YOU processes personal data of users and is considered the Manager of personal data processing. Below in the text, you can read how we handle the User’s personal data.

Data we collect about Users

Depending on the type of user service, the Personal Data Processing Manager collects and/or records the following data; name and surname, personal identification number, residential address, telephone number, e-mail, date of birth and photo. Collected personal data allows us to ensure you the uninterrupted and safe use of our services.

How we use your personal data

We use your personal data in an appropriate manner in situations where the processing of your personal data is necessary, for example:

  • To fulfill contractual obligations
  • To answer your inquiries
  • To send notifications about changes related to our services

With whom do we share information about Users?

We entrust a number of business tasks to trusted third parties that they perform on our behalf. In this case, we provide third parties with only those personal data that are necessary to perform the services and prohibit the use of the User’s personal data for any other purpose. For example, we may share your personal data processing services with:

  • to third parties who assist us in providing technical support such as providers of platform or server accommodation, database support and maintenance, as well as software that may contain your personal data (such services sometimes include permitted access to your data in order to perform the necessary tasks) ;
  • to third parties who ensure access control for authorized Users in all fitness centers in the Republic of Croatia,
  • to third parties who provide accounting services;
  • to third parties who provide debt collection services (debt collection agencies and/or lawyers), and in the event that the User does not settle his obligations within the deadline;

User rights

One of the fundamental goals of the Personal Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) is to protect and define the rights of individuals in relation to privacy protection. Even if we already process certain personal data of the User, you exercise certain rights.

In order to exercise the above rights, please contact us. We will act on your request without delay. Please note that we will keep a record of the requests received, so that we can resolve any potential disagreements.

Based on the Personal Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights:

The right to object

This right allows Users to object to the processing of personal data, in those cases when we process personal data on the basis of legitimate interests or the processing is necessary for the performance of a task of public interest. You can object to data processing at any time if the processing of personal data is based on these grounds.

If we are unable to demonstrate that we have a convincing and legitimate basis for processing your personal data, which goes beyond the rights and interests of the User, we will stop processing your personal data.

Right to withdraw consent

In cases where the User has given consent for certain actions, you are authorized to withdraw the given consent at any time and we will stop using personal data for this purpose, unless we believe that there is an alternative legal basis that would justify the further processing of personal data for that purpose. purpose, in which case we will inform the User about it.

Right of access

At any time, the User is authorized to request a copy of the information we have, as well as request that we modify, update or delete this information. There is a possibility that we will ask the User for additional information related to the request. If we provide the User with access to the data we have, we will do so free of charge, unless the processing of the request is ‘manifestly unfounded or excessive’. In case you request additional copies of personal data, a proportionate administrative fee may be charged. The User’s request may be rejected in cases where it is legally and legally permitted.

Right to erasure

In certain circumstances, the User is authorized to request that we “delete” personal data. For example, such a right exists in the following cases:

  • data is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was initially collected;
  • consent for the processing of personal data has been withdrawn and there is no other legal basis for us to continue processing personal data (in cases where the legal basis for processing personal data is consent);
  • data was processed without a valid legal basis;
  • data deletion is necessary to comply with our legal obligations; or
  • you have objected to the processing of personal data, and we are unable to prove the existence of a legitimate legal basis for personal data.

We are authorized to refuse the request to delete the User’s data only in a limited number of cases, and in such cases we will explain the reasons for the refusal in detail. Such right is limited in the case of those Users who are prohibited from accessing fitness centers due to violation of the Rules of Use.

The right to restriction of processing

In certain circumstances, the User has the right to request that we limit the processing of personal data, for example, in the event that the User disputes the accuracy of the personal data we have or if the processing of personal data is objected to on the basis of a legitimate interest.

Right to rectification

The user has the right to request the correction of any incorrect or incomplete information we have. In the event that we have shared the data with third parties, we will inform them of the correction, unless this is not possible or would cause disproportionate difficulties. You are also authorized to request information about third parties to whom we have provided incorrect or incomplete personal information. In case we consider that it is not reasonably possible to act on the User’s request, we will inform the User about this and we will explain the reasons for such a decision.

Right to transfer

If you wish, you are authorized to request the transfer of your personal data to another data controller. This right actually means that it is possible to request that the User’s personal data be transferred to a third party. In order to enable this, we will provide the User with personal data in a common, machine-readable form so that the User can transfer the personal data to a third party. This right is applicable if it concerns: (i) data that we process automatically (without a human factor); (ii) if it is about data provided to us by the User; and (iii) if it is data that we collect and process on the basis of consent or for the purpose of fulfilling a contract.

The period of storage of the User’s personal data

In accordance with your rights as a User, we will store data in accordance with the relevant regulations, whereby the storage periods may depend on the fulfillment of contractual or legal obligations. Personal data of Users whose access is disabled due to non-compliance with the Rules of Use and similar offenses are stored in the database for the protection of other Users. In any case, when it is determined that we no longer need your data and that the legal deadlines for keeping such records and data have passed, they will be deleted.

The right to complain

The user is authorized to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority for the protection of privacy and personal data:
